About Me

I am a down-to-earth multi-racial/cultural psychotherapist who genuinely cares. I have a deep passion to see you living into your full potential through finding, growing, and utilizing your own mind and voice that will enable you to walk toward healing growth and change.  I hold the belief that every person has the strength and ability to create meaningful change in life. My passion comes from my personal therapeutic journey that led me to my own beautiful mind and voice. I am excited about the possibility of being a part of your healing journey. We are in this together! 

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Crisis Counseling and I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from The Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute in Seattle, WA. I am currently enrolled at The Institute of Archetypal and Cross-Cultural Studies where I have completed volume 1 of the Ancient Archetypes training with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés Réyes, PH.D. I am a licensed clinician (LPC04812) in the state of Alabama.
