  • I do not accept insurance at this time, but your insurance provider may reimburse for out-of-network services, and I will provide statements for you to submit.

  • Please note I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to show up or show up more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged for the missed appointment. Any and all cancellations of scheduled sessions need to be in writing. I find there is usually a way we can collaborate to avoid this charge.

Good Faith Estimate

As of January 1, 2022, state-licensed or certified health care providers need to give a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to every new and continuing client who is either uninsured or is not planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the healthcare services they seek.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

This Good Faith Estimate doesn't account for late cancellations, no-show fees, crisis sessions, non-therapeutic charges, court litigation fees, or other financial arrangements determined on a case by case form.
